Design Review

Buying a custom piece of equipment is not always cut & dry. The reason you may select Automation Tech Support to design and build your equipment is that we build a machine to perform the functions you require.

At Automation Tech Support, we feel that the best information for building your equipment comes from you. You know your product better than anyone else. That is why we keep the communication line open to you at all times. You can be involved from the beginning of the project all the way through to final buy-off.

Before we start to fabricate and build your system, we will get approval from you or your engineers. The system will be fully designed using SolidWorks or AutoCAD. This way you will see what your machine looks like before any metal is cut and make any changes that you may see fit. To start the design, Automation Tech Support will require part prints with appropriate tolerances.

System Documentation

The system you receive from Automation Tech Support to manufacture your product is fully documented. You receive a complete bill of material along with supporting documentation of all purchased components. Wiring diagrams and PLC programs are fully debugged and updated to reflect every wire and every line of code written, to insure that your maintenance department has all current documents to support the system. All tooling and high wear item drawings with BOM.'s come standard. You receive a complete spare parts list to equip your facility with any necessary items that will require replacement in the future. Automation Tech Support can supply these items for you.
